Born and raised in Blount County, TN, Katie began her career in real estate seven years ago. A teacher in the Alcoa City System, with an Education Specialist Degree in Special Education. Katie uses an educational approach with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they’re viewing and each step of the purchasing process. Katie’s passion for real estate began when she began buying investment properties. She and her husband still have a passion for investing in real estate. She has an unwavering dedication to research around current market conditions that allows her to be an informed sounding board for her clients. When she is not working at school or finding someone the perfect home, Katie spends her time with her boys (Garrison and Griffin) and husband Keith.
