Meliza was born and raised in Southern California, attended California State Long Beach on a golf scholarship, and graduation with a degree in communications. Meliza has enjoyed being a real estate agent in East Tennessee. Meliza’s experience as a real estate inside sales agent allowed her to assist buyers, sellers, and investors. Meliza understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in East Tennessee, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity.
